Recommendations on RightmovePlaces… Indian restaurants

Indian Chicken Curry & Rice MealWhether it’s a hot and spicy Vindaloo or a mild and creamy Korma that tickles your fancy, Indian food is definitely a popular choice when it comes to cuisine amongst the neighbours on RightmovePlaces!

We’ve had a look at what people across the UK are talking about on RightmovePlaces this week and here are their recommendations:

Leighton Buzzard

“The best Indian restaurants in Leighton are Akash on North St and Moja. Linslade go to The Raj – really friendly and always good food.”

Irvine

“The Lawthorn Farm Indian is the best in the area by far.”

Loughton

“Great Indian – Indian Ocean in Theydon Bois.”

Fridaythorpe

“There is an excellent Indian at Shiptonthorpe, VeRaj about 20 min drive from Fridaythorpe.”

Shaftesbury

“I would recommend Chutneys in Salisbury Street for good indian food.”

Bath

“Jamuna for the Hottest curry, Boojon for excellent food and service (and cheaper as it’s a BYO). The Eastern Eye for the looks (however I find the service is generally not as good especially for the price…).”

Maidstone

“I enjoy Al Amin Tandoori takeaway Indian from union street.”

Marple

“Purple Pakora is a great restaurant and I believe they do takeaways too. The nearest one at the moment is in Poynton (this is the only one I have been to but I love it! There is also one in Disley but there will be one opening soon opposite Marple train station.”

Newbury

“I love Jaipur Indian Cuisine – try them, they’re really good! :).”

Coventry

“Good Indian restaurant TUMERIC GOLD, try eating in the tents it’s fun, although not that comfortable.”

Rugby

“My favourites are Masala Lounge and Titash.”

Princes Risborough

“Try checking out Coco Tamarind outside Princes Risborough – Fantastic food. You taste the different spices. The quality is far better than many of the Indian restaurants in the area; I didn’t feel they they use a prepared processed sauce everywhere.”

Girton

“There is a very good Indian on Histon Road called the Tandoori Palace very good food and not too far away from Girton.”

Peasedown St. John

“There is an excellent Indian takeaway & restaurant in the village and another a few miles away in Camerton.”

Soho, London

“As massive Indian fans we were excited to find good Indian in Soho. The food is amazing, and good value, and every dish I’ve had here has been top notch. Try the dosa and the megalu khozi curry – those are my favourites! The staff is friendly and always remember us, especially Irfan, the manager. The food is fantastic although not your usual Indian fare so if you’re looking for naan bread and other regular menu items you may be disappointed. We absolutely recommend the dosas however that are similar to stuffed pancakes. Our main courses were also delicious and just the right amount of food, neither of us were bloated afterwards which Indian food can tend to deliver. It’s on Percy Street.”

Swindon

“Best Indian in Swindon is The Burg. Situated at Fox Hill, Wanborough SN4 0DR.”
