Dragons Den’s Duncan Bannatyne is saying “I’m out” to his five bedroom Californian style home in Wynyard, Billingham.
The contemporary home is on the market for £875,000 and comes complete with all the mod-cons you might expect from a Dragon’s home, including a games room, views over a golf course, a 19ft maple floored lounge and under floor heating.
It’s clear that the gym entrepreneur, worth an estimated £430million (wowsers!), has quite distinctive taste which is highlighted by stylish features such as a large double height atrium and two cylindrical spring radiators mounted on the wall to look like art all found in the tycoon’s home.
Rightmove’s sold prices section shows that the recently divorced personality bought the property back in June 2011 for £800,000.
