Madness singer’s old home is for sale

The former Camden Mews home where Madness lead singer, Suggs once sang ‘our house, in the middle of the street’ is now on the market for offers over £1.95m.

The Baggy Trousers singer bought the original one-bedroom mews house back in 1981, following the band’s success. Suggs decided to sell the property over 32 years ago due to his growing family, but the house still holds endless memories, including being his home at the time of the release of the hit song ‘Our House’.

At the time the property was originally three separate Mews’, but now the highly specified 2,767 sq ft home is in outstanding condition and arranged over two floors.

The property is situated on Camden Mews, a cobble street just moments from Camden Square, comprising a fully fitted kitchen, large double reception room, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. With both a garage and a roof terrace.
