The eight-bedroom house in Woldingham, Surrey is up for sale for £2.95million – all you Pricey fans will recognise the property from her many reality shows. Katie and Peter bought the mansion back in 2008 for £2.5million just a year before their divorce and lived in the house with their children Junior, Princess and Katie’s son Harvey.

The 10,000ft² estate has seven bathrooms, a purple cinema room, indoor swimming pool and a glamorous formal entrance designed by interior designer Dawn Ward, a favourite with WAGs. The former glamour model had considered selling the property in March as she believed it to be haunted, and even had a clairvoyant visit the house who allegedly discovered a pair of ghosts living in the Surrey property (spooky… but don’t let that put you off!).

Katie wed her second husband, cage fighter and Celebrity Big Brother winner Alex Reid earlier this year and has recently purchased a new secluded property to go with her new marriage. And suggesting that Katie finds her home sweet home the perfect location for her nups, the six-bedroom house was rumoured to be the venue for the pair’s elaborate wedding ceremony back in July.

Mr and Mrs Reid’s new property in West Sussex was bought for £2million and is set in 52 acres that boasts an equestrian range, ideal for Katie’s love of horses. The new start that Katie is hoping for may not be domestic bliss however as rumours are circulating celeb world that their relationship is on the rocks.
