West Midlands, with an overall average price of £285,200 was more expensive than nearby East Midlands (£268,549) and North West (£252,603), but was cheaper than South West (£360,155). The priciest area within West Midlands was Warwickshire (£354,282) and the least expensive was Staffordshire (£248,114).
During the last year, sold prices in West Midlands were similar to the previous year and similar to 2022 when the average house price was £281,121.
