Most of the sales in North Wales over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £315,703. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £199,850 and terraced properties averaged at £160,120.
North Wales, with an overall average price of £229,981, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Wales (£237,008), but was cheaper than Mid Wales (£270,320) and South Wales (£243,588). The most expensive area within North Wales was Isle Of Anglesey (£253,413) and the cheapest was Denbighshire (£215,609).
In the past year house prices in North Wales were similar to the year before and similar to 2022 when they averaged at £233,961.
