House Prices in Surrey

Most of the sales in Surrey over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £564,792. Detached properties had an average sold price of £985,297 and flats averaged at £300,828.

Surrey, with an overall average price of £606,344 was more expensive than nearby West Sussex (£442,826), Berkshire (£484,184) and East Sussex (£425,113). The most expensive area within Surrey was Wentworth (£3,631,937) and the cheapest was Goldsworth Park (£377,871).

In the past year house prices in Surrey were 4% down on the year before and 4% down on 2022 when they averaged at £634,306.
