House Prices in Surrey

Most of the sales in Surrey over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £1,028,547. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £564,678 and flats averaged at £303,215.

Surrey, with an overall average price of £626,151 was more expensive than nearby West Sussex (£445,394), Berkshire (£490,044) and East Sussex (£428,593). The most expensive area within Surrey was Wentworth (£1,922,982) and the cheapest was Goldsworth Park (£335,737).

In the past year house prices in Surrey were 3% down on the year before and 4% up on 2021 when they averaged at £602,443.
