The majority of sales in Oxfordshire during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £705,134. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £442,719, with terraced properties fetching £392,718.

Oxfordshire, with an overall average price of £483,130, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Buckinghamshire (£496,505) and Berkshire (£490,044), but was more expensive than Hampshire (£392,017). The most expensive area within Oxfordshire was Kingham (£1,178,889) and the cheapest was Banbury (£287,383).

Overall sold prices in Oxfordshire over the last year were 3% down on the previous year and 4% up on the 2021 level of £465,196.
