The majority of sales in Oxfordshire during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £683,257. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £443,766, with terraced properties fetching £400,917.

Oxfordshire, with an overall average price of £480,145, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Buckinghamshire (£488,157) and Berkshire (£484,184), but was more expensive than Hampshire (£392,548). The most expensive area within Oxfordshire was Kingham (£1,385,000) and the cheapest was Banbury (£297,241).

Overall sold prices in Oxfordshire over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2022 level of £483,733.
