Most of the sales in Northamptonshire over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £441,578. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £274,325 and terraced properties averaged at £232,578.

Northamptonshire, with an overall average price of £311,750, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Leicestershire (£300,700), but was more expensive than Nottinghamshire (£254,342) and cheaper than Rutland (£422,277). The most expensive area within Northamptonshire was Walgrave (£800,143) and the cheapest was Corby (£234,643).

In the past year house prices in Northamptonshire were similar to the year before and similar to 2022 when they averaged at £311,676.
