Moray, with an overall average price of £210,757, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Orkney (£200,790), but was more expensive than Western Isles (£170,175) and cheaper than Highland (£229,897). The priciest area within Moray was Findhorn (£485,409) and the least expensive was Cullen (£159,218).
During the last year, sold prices in Moray were similar to the previous year and 62% down on 2008 when the average house price was £556,980.
