House Prices in Hampshire

Most of the sales in Hampshire over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £313,869. Detached properties had an average sold price of £619,386 and semi-detached properties averaged at £380,394.

Hampshire, with an overall average price of £392,548 was more expensive than nearby Isle Of Wight (£300,485), but was cheaper than Berkshire (£484,184) and West Sussex (£442,826). The most expensive area within Hampshire was Selborne (£1,756,000) and the cheapest was Southampton Common (£229,176).
