Gwynedd, with an overall average price of £227,169 was more expensive than nearby Denbighshire (£215,609), but was cheaper than Conwy (County of) (£246,178) and Isle Of Anglesey (£253,413). The priciest area within Gwynedd was Abersoch (£573,500) and the least expensive was Garndolbenmaen (£100,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Gwynedd were 3% down on the previous year and 4% down on 2022 when the average house price was £237,351.
