East of England, with an overall average price of £403,699 was more expensive than nearby East Midlands (£268,549), but was cheaper than London (£685,584) and South East (£471,096). The priciest area within East of England was Hertfordshire (£532,637) and the least expensive was Suffolk (£323,537).
During the last year, sold prices in East of England were similar to the previous year and similar to 2022 when the average house price was £406,918.
