Derbyshire, with an overall average price of £255,398, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Nottinghamshire (£254,342), but was cheaper than Leicestershire (£300,700) and Rutland (£422,277). The most expensive area within Derbyshire was Quarndon (£896,667) and the cheapest was Tibshelf (£178,745).

Overall sold prices in Derbyshire over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2022 level of £253,536.
