Cornwall, with an overall average price of £344,223 was more expensive than nearby Devon (£325,915), but was cheaper than Somerset (£362,899) and Dorset (£393,060). The most expensive area within Cornwall was St. Mawes (£2,047,750) and the cheapest was Antony (£156,000).
In the past year house prices in Cornwall were similar to the year before and 4% down on 2022 when they averaged at £358,122.
