The majority of sales in Cheshire during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £278,101. Detached properties sold for an average of £489,953, with terraced properties fetching £210,027.

Cheshire, with an overall average price of £317,973 was more expensive than nearby Merseyside (£226,636), Greater Manchester (£270,032) and Lancashire (£209,771). The most expensive area within Cheshire was Mottram St. Andrew (£3,305,000) and the cheapest was Latchford (£176,232).

Overall sold prices in Cheshire over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2022 level of £317,685.
