Bedfordshire, with an overall average price of £354,866, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cambridgeshire (£371,195), but was cheaper than Hertfordshire (£533,754) and Essex (£410,260). The priciest area within Bedfordshire was Studham (£875,114) and the least expensive was Renhold (£271,800).
During the last year, sold prices in Bedfordshire were 6% down on the previous year and similar to 2021 when the average house price was £351,900.
