Managing Director Jemma McCready has worked within the property industry for over 20 years and she brings a vast amount of knowledge and understanding of the lettings market and compliance. She is known for her out and out uncomprising diligence for a smooth and hassle free customer journey for client landlords and tenants alike.
Director Paul Million is a well respected landlord and developer in the Darlington area with his own portfolio of properties which include single lets, HMOS and serviced accommodation, with aparthotels, new builds and multi-accommodation developments on the horizon. Philanthropic with his knowledge, Paul also co-hosts The Property Thing networking event, every second Thursday of the month, which is well attended and respected as a conduit for contacts and education within the property sector.
