Suzanne Vincent, founder of Urban Village has been an estate agent since leaving school in 1991 and has loved estate agency ever since. She has worked through the ranks to running a very successful London brand of 10 departments turning over 6M a year in sales, as a main board director before leaving to start a family.

On leaving the security of employment to raise her two children and create her own estate agency, she says “I was set in the old mould of Estate Agency; leaving my long and all-consuming career behind to have children was life changing in every way, all for the better. On the area she lives and is bringing her family up in, Suzanne says “I have been a resident of South London; Camberwell since 1993 and was first drawn by the local club scene in Brixton and the friendly people, It’s been lucky for me; I found a great group of friends, lovely neighbourhood and diverse entertainment. My experience of the local communities here have always impressed me and I couldn’t imagine raising my children anywhere else. Whatever you need,it’s all right here!”
