Sparks Ellison, Chandler's Ford

Sparks Ellison is an Independent Multiple Award Winning Estate Agency set up in 2003 by Adam Sparks and Mark Ellison, who between them have over 50 years of industry experience. Over time they have built an outstanding team of like-minded people who between them have over 140 years' experience of selling and letting property, combined with an unrivalled local knowledge of the area, with many of the team having lived in Chandlers Ford for a considerable number of years.

Sparks Ellison has been the market leader in Chandlers Ford for many years and has been recognised in recent times with several accolades and an impressive collection of five industry awards. In 2010 they were awarded 'Best Agent in Southern England' and third 'Best Agent' nationally at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards. In 2011 they were awarded 'Best Agent in the Southern Region' at the Home Sale Network Awards. In 2012 they repeated an amazing feat by being awarded 'Best Agent in Southern England' at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards, and then later that year were awarded the 'Best Agent in the South Region' at the Relocation Agent Network's annual awards.

Sparks Ellison are very active supporters of the local community with sponsorship of Hiltingbury Football Club, which comprises of around 200 children playing local league football, all wearing a bright red strip with the Sparks Ellison logo on the front. Continuing with the theme of sport, they also sponsor Chandlers Ford and Compton Cricket Club. They also take great pride in having sponsored many events and initiatives throughout Chandlers Ford's Schools and Clubs, with the donation of competition prizes, raising the awareness of events and sponsorship. Mark comments "We take immense pride in supporting our local community and events within it and really enjoy making a difference".

In 2005 they were invited to join, what was then the Home Sale Network, the Relocation Agent Network having been chosen by Cartus, the largest relocation company in the world to represent their customers. This gives Sparks Ellison access to hundreds of independent like-minded Estate Agents nationwide, enabling them to get first-hand knowledge of buyers moving into the area.
