Our goals are to ensure that buyers find their ideal property and that sellers achieve a realistic price. We work closely and openly on all sales, with both parties, to promote a smooth and trouble free sales process. Most importantly we listen, we do not dictate as we know that selling, or indeed buying what is most likely your largest asset, can be extremely stressful.

We offer free valuation of your home using comparisons of similar properties in your area , giving actual examples of properties for sale, and those that have recently been sold, we do of course listen to your own expectations. We are sure that by offering friendly, open and honest customer service that our initial contract period is set for just four weeks. After the initial four week period the contract 'rolls on' and can then be ended by giving five days notice at any point after.
