Our Tenant Fees Cover:

· Conduct comprehensive tenant referencing process

· Liaise with tenants to book move-in date when referencing confirmed as passed

· Arrange guarantors in absence of satisfactory financial references

· Prepare tenancy legal documentation and all paperwork

· Take initial monies and ensure rent standing orders set up

Client Money Protection:

Pinnacle Group are members of the ARLA Client Money Protection Scheme.

Client Funds are kept in a separate client bank account, which is protected under the ARLA Client Money Protection Scheme.
