Since 2004 we've gathered like-minded people with a passion for property to run an energetic and hardworking agency. We're not a stereotypical estate agency, we don't wear suits and we talk to our customers like people.

Our experience and desire to succeed has propelled us to become a market leader. Our approach is to adopt every property as if it were our own. Our personal experience as landlords, investors, vendors and tenants has enabled us provide the standard of service we would wish to receive.

Many of us are graduates from Brighton and Sussex universities and we believe knowledge is power. All new members of staff have to undergo NFOPP (National Federation Of Property Professionals) recognised qualifications to ensure we offer sound advice. Through The Property Ombudsman (TPO), UKALA, the National Landlords Association (NLA) and various publications we ensure we keep our clients updated with the frequent changes in property legislation.

We LOVE living and working in Brighton and Hove. We take pride in using local suppliers and having an active role in our community developing strong relationships and contributing towards the growth of the best thriving, dynamic city in the UK.
