Established in 2014 by Tristan Woolfenden, Branocs Estates has earned a reputation amongst the local community as being one of the most trustworthy family run Estate Agents in the area, offering honest, professional, and reliable property services to clients throughout Braintree and the surrounding area.

Branocs Estates are committed to selling, letting and managing residential property seven days a week and are also open on Sundays and all Bank Holidays except Christmas Day and Boxing Day. As part of our commitment to offer our clients the ultimate level of personal service, we ensure that our clients are given their appointed agent’s mobile phone number so that we are contactable at any time, to answer the needs of our client.

Our staff are vastly experienced and between us we have over 40 years of first hand experience of the local property market, with all of our staff having either been born in, or currently living within the Braintree area, meaning that we have witnessed first hand the expansion of the town in recent years and the impact that this has had on the local property market.

At Branocs Estates we have bought and sold property for a number of years, as well as having developed our own rental portfolio, yet we have never felt completely satisfied by the levels of service on offer from other agents. We therefore took the decision to stop searching for the ultimate in Estate Agency services, and decided to provide it ourselves! Having our own portfolio of property lets us see things differently and helps us to understand the level of service that our clients should expect to receive from an estate agent.
