Arbon and Miller- after many attempts to rent a flat I was left feeling disheartening and mistreated by other real estate agencies. However, Jack stepped in and changed that! Reannon was absolutely amazing! She was not only entirely professional throughout what can be such a daunting process for a new potential tenant but she was also so kind, caring and understanding to all of my needs. She answered all of my questions with great detail and was always available no matter what time of day it was. As well as addressing all of my concerns, Reannon spent time to help my elderly mother understand what was required despite the fact that it was me taking up the tenancy!
