Russell has over 25 years experience in the property business and worked for one of the largest corporate Estate Agency chains prior to forming RS Property Solutions in 2003 and provides a professional, personal service for clients looking to buy or let property as well as a development consultancy service for clients looking to explore the development potential of their home. Russell is assisted by his team of property consultants Becky Callendar (Accounts), Christine Griffin (Management and gas safety).

In 2006, due to a high volume of clientele and success, RS Property Solutions joined forces with Parkstone Estate Agents which was founded by Robin Spence and Rod Ponchaud.
