I'm Caroline Franklin, the owner and Director of Franklin Residential. I offer a personalised and bespoke lettings and property management service for the Buckinghamshire market, from my office in the beautiful, award winning, village of Chalfont St Giles. I've worked in the property industry for over 20 years. In 2021 I opened my own lettings and property management business that truly aligns with my values of being clear, honest and transparent.

I recognise that each client has individual needs and goals and I take the time to find out what your priorities are to tailor my services to you accordingly. In 2022, alongside the full traditional services of a letting agency, I launched Franklin Residential Bespoke, to provide the full flexibility that Landlords need.
