I am very happy with the services provided by the team at haart, Stopsley branch. Martina valued my house and at a higher price than I expected, but she assured me they would sell it quickly, and for at least the whole amount, which they did; in just a few days. After a few weeks the prospective buyer pulled out which always a bit disappointing. Martina and her team again told me it wouldn't be a problem and sure enough, within a couple days I had two full asking price offers on the table. Phillip has kept me updated throughout the process and was there when needed to get things moving along and the road to completion was relatively straight forward. I cannot fault Stopsley haart and found them excellent to deal with. So thank you very much to Martina, Philip, Bradley, Richard and Brian.
