During 2018 we celebrate 46 years being the longest established estate agents in Church Stretton having opened in 1972. Our prime town centre corner location is very prominent where your property will be advertised with coloured photographs. We are members of the NAEA property mark, the UK's largest estate agents association governed by its own rules of conduct and regulations. We are also members of the Ombudsman's estate agents scheme controlled by the Office of Fair Trading.
We are aware now that the increasing method of attracting buyers is firstly home seekers visiting the area they wish to live and then via the internet. This is why we chose the two main popular websites which currently receive thousands of visits each month from potential buyers. We receive daily requests from buyers throughout the UK and the rest of the World. The largest property portal www.rightmove.co.uk website are linked to our own company's web pages www.wrightschurchstretton.co.uk and also via the Church Stretton Town Council site.
We administer an efficient mailing list and concentrate in keeping clients up to date by post, email or fax
We also have a professional and dedicated independent residential lettings business administered by our colleagues Richard and Jo Lewington, MRICS within our office under the name of Bluestone Lettings and Management. They are regulated and members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
