Can't think of an estate agency that is better.
Very good- in fact better than very good. Can't think of an estate agency that is better. I am referring specifically to the Fordingbridge branch. Communication level was very good- they went over and above what I would normally expect and did chasing around that should have been done by other parties. They were able to get us the sale we required under trying circumstances, not of your making.

      above and beyond expectations
Above and beyond expectations. This was especially valued as I was selling a property but do not live in the area. I depended on Tom for local knowledge and for putting me in touch with local services. This he did willingly and efficiently. Not only did he respond immediately to my every request but also kept my neighbours informed of developments and viewings. This was especially important to me.  Tom liaised with the buyers and kept relations friendly but on a professional level.  Tom also galvanised my solicitors in a way that I could not have done - he saved me time and probably a considerable amount of money. All this was done with warmth and humour which was much appreciated. I would have had lost heart many months ago had it not been for his support.
