Twenty11 is a new and different type of housing organisation, specifically set up to respond to modern day challenges and the desire to provide tenants with more than just a home. Customers in our group structure told us that the key issues in our community were:

- Anti-social behaviour - preventing this in the first place and then making sure it’s resolved promptly
