  Great Links to London & by Harrow on the Hill

  The work area is large with a sprinkling of terminals that you could connect your laptop into. These terminals were provided at the request of residence. The communal kitchen has great views and is very large. As well as the 8th floor terrace there is a second the fifth floor. There are good connections into London from Harrow Weal Station and Harrow on the Hill is a short walk away. There is a large Sainsburys (Kenton) and Teco's within walking distance

  The design, facilities and management of the building provide a vibrant and colourful space for individuals to interact and socialise, even the most introverted ones :) Wide spaces such the kitchen, the dinning area, living room and workspace provide different environments to accommodate everyones needs

  I have been living in the folk house for a year and recently renewed for another one.I really like the location. Has whatever you need close by. Supermarket, boots, opticians within walking distance, bus stops, hospital nearby with a bus (or on foot if you wish). Harrow on the hill with 2 shopping centres within 20 min on foot!Nearby there is train station with connections to London and outside. 15 min on train and you are in Euston station in London!And that is the outside. Inside now. Not vary spacious studio, but convenient! Good enough for one person as long as you don't have to many stuff! ¿¿ I am not one of those, but still is good enough for me as it combined all bills in one rent (electricity, water bill, internet, heating and hot water). You still have to arrange your own Tv licence but that is fair enough.You have your own kitchen and shower room and a TV but you can use communal kitchen and living room or outside space if you wish to.You have access to laundry facilities as well for your laundry.You also have access to gym facilities and Daniel, Callum and his team are always organizing either yoga or spin classes, or Thursdays or Sundays get together (which unfortunately I wasn't able to attend those due to work or church schedule!)All in all, pretty nice place to live, safe and with a parcel room so you will never miss out a parcel!I hope that helps whoever is in the hunt for a safe place to live in or around London!

  Been leaving here for 18 months and i haven't moved out because it's soo comfortable. Facilities are top notch. The team is also very pleasant and always happy to help you no matter the situation or time.

  Moving into this building has been one of the best decisions I have made. The friends and memories made here will stay with me forever....The events held, the co-living spaces and location are few of the things that I like the most!!
