We having nothing but praise for the work carried out by Saxton Mee, and in particular Linda Crapper.
Our beautiful old farmhouse with stunning views had been on the market previously and not sold (much to our surprise).
When Linda put it on the market, it took all of 10 days to find buyers who offered the full asking price and who we were happy to sell to.
She is intuitive, enthusiastic, personable and dedicated to the cause. We had utmost faith in her advice which always proved to be right and we feel we were very well informed throughout the process. It turned out to be a pretty complicated sale and Linda was able to deal with each problem which arose in a speedy and professional manner which made us feel that she was always on top of things. Nothing too much trouble
Over the past 9 months that our property has been on the market with yourselves, we have had 3 offers in for the property, 2 of which fell through for one reason or another which was quite upsetting for us. Our sales negotiator Michelle calmed, reassured and guided us through this traumatic period until eventually we got the sale we wanted.
