    Roots Estate Agency was launched in January 2016 by two local men, Ashley Williams and Craig Butcher, who dreamt of owning their own agency. Their aim is to dispel the negative myths of estate agents and focus on providing their customers with the communication and service they deserve. As such, Roots was formed as a forward thinking, modern estate agency with traditional values centered around the customer.

    Craig is a talented estate agent whose abilities have earned him the top place of many league tables within a corporate group. His emphasis on customer service has built a remarkable reputation in and around the local area. Craig's impressive career began in 2002 and continues in his home town of Thatcham. Craig lives in a surrounding village with his wife, two young daughters and dog;enjoying long walks and running.

His career in estate agency began in 2002, becoming a highly regarded agent locally and in other surrounding towns. Ashley lives in Thatcham with his wife and family and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors.

    Conor is the newest addition to the team at Roots joining the company in July 2017. His charisma and friendly down to earth approach makes him a popular member of staff.
