    Richard Rager
    Richard started his career in 1969 with the old-school country agents St Johns Smith at Uckfield.  Having moved to Eastbourne he became a partner with Holmes and Leadbitter, which quickly established itself as a dominating force with nine local offices.  His equestrian interests and an enduring love of his work have kept Richard reasonably sane over the year.

    Peter Ayling
    Not surprisingly Peter's honours degree in Law gave him a great advantage when he chose estate agency as his career and joined us in 2004.  He has become an important member of the R & R team.  Golf is still his passion and despite his working commitments his handicap remains steady at 6.

    Jamie Brockwell
    Not that many years ago Jamie was captain of Brighton's junior football team.  Now in estate agency, he is still running rings round the opposition.  However, it is his totally unflappable demeanour and decency that endears him to his colleagues and to our clients.  We will not discuss his adorable first daughter as that might detain you unduly.

    Jan Cassell
    Having worked for a successful property developer in Tunbridge Wells Jan opened our Old Town office in 2000 and is justifiably proud of the fact that we sell more properties in the Old Town area than any other agent in Eastbourne.  With north country genes and a powerful intellect, her warm heart softens her no-nonsense approach to her work.

    Born in Sweden, Marie first fell in love in and with Eastbourne in the 1970s and then settled here.  After joining us in 2000 she quickly focussed her steely Scandinavian determination on keeping every member of the R & R team up to the mark.  All of us respect and identify with her uncompromisingly high standards.

    Moira Roberts
    Moira is the essential other half of our successful Old Town team. She has a wealth of local knowledge having lived in Eastbourne all her life and her previous career in Human Resources adds another dimension of her diverse abilities. Many of our sales might founder if it was not for her focus and diplomatic tenacity. Very partial to chocolates received from satisfied customers!
