    The lettings department is headed by Director Nick Hutton, who has a wealth of experience in all aspects o f property from renovation and development to investment and lettings. This experience means he is committed to delivering straightforward and well researched advice to both tenants and landlords. Nick is supported by the lettings team.

    The lettings business has grown to now service over 800 landlords and is recognised as a market leader in the Mole Valley.

    The office covers Ashtead and the surrounding areas of Epsom, Langley Vale, Epsom Downs, Banstead and Tadworth.

Sarah is a qualified member of ARLA, The Association of Residential Lettings Agents.Sarah lives locally on Ashtead Common and is married with two grown up children. In her 'spare' time, she's involved with Ladies' Cricket and Ashtead Allstars Netball Club. She enjoys walking and cycling on the Common and visiting Cornwall to spend time with her family.

Nick is an avid sports fan and enjoys travelling, cooking and refurbishing his own property.

    Sarah joined Patrick Gardner in accounts in October 2018 after moving back to Surrey, after 18 years living on the South Coast. She is a bookkeeper and member of the IAB. Her time at home is spent looking after three lively boys aged 12, 10 and 7 as well as renovating her house! She also enjoys visiting new countries.
