I highly recommend Morris Armitage. Their professionalism is second to none. I was kept informed every step of the way during my sale and purchase and the staff could not have been more helpful.

We used Morris Armitage to sell our property. Mr Armitage was professional and explained everything we needed to know clearly at our initial meeting and valuation. Lee and Ben who helped with the floor plan, description etc were helpful and although after my review there were a couple of amendments to make, they were made instantly. We accepted an offer after only the second viewing and was passed into Karen's very capable hands to progress us from offer to exchange of contracts. Unfortunately we had a very stressful and long journey from offer to exchange due to other estate agents and solicitors failings but Karen kept me up to date at all times (despite me bothering her daily) and I feel that if it wasn't for her we would still be waiting to exchange now! I cannot praise her enough! I would highly recommend Morris Armitage for a professional, non pushy service when selling your home.

Firstly, I have bought through Morris Armitage on 2 separate occasions in the last 8 years. Both times they have been flawless on all counts. This is the reason I chose to rent my property through them when I moved away. They managed my property for 3 years and most recently sold it for me. The staff are superb both in sales and rentals. They always returned my calls if I didn't catch them in the office, and would always discuss things at length with me and I have never felt "hurried" as I have with other agents in the past. They have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions during rental period and have organised a number of works on my behalf as I live some 6 hours away. My recent sale has also been flawless. The property sold within 2 days of being on the market and through the exchange and completion, the staff were on hand to answer questions at every turn. A nice touch was that I could contact the office for an update on the conveyancing progress rather than going through the solicitors secretaries and waiting on call backs.The only negative I can say is that there isn't a Morris Armitage branch in Cornwall where I am now! Highly recommend this personable and friendly estate agents!
