Sarah provides the administration requirements to Mike's team as well as supporting the team in showing prospective buyers our vendors properties. Her passion in Customer Care drives Sarah to deliver a service beyond expectations to both Mike's team and his clients. Melton Mowbray born and bred Sarah is always willing to share her knowledge of the area to help our clients find their perfect home.Sarah is married with two grown up sons and a West Highland White Terrier called Darcy who she enjoys walking. It's easy to see why Mike Ford sells a lot of houses. My husband and I began our search for our new home in Melton Mowbray, we contacted a lot of agents in the area to register our interest and what sort of thing we were looking for. Mike Ford were on top of their game, contacting us when suitable things were due to be listed, so we were able to get in for viewings quickly. We never had an issues contacting them, or receiving call backs when we requested them. The whole team were helpful and made you feel like you were important to them. We ended up offering and buying a house that was listed with Mike Ford and they couldn't have made the process easier on us. They kept us informed and up to date with progress right down to the day of the move calling us to let us know the progress of the previous owners moving out and when they were due to drop the keys off and when they had. They'd even gone to the trouble of sending us a lovely card, welcoming us to our new home.
