    At Melvyn Danes, we never make promises that we can't keep.  We believe that is the only way to do business.

    We operate a simple fee structure, with no hidden extras.  All of our clients can be assured of the following:

    We will produce full colour sales particulars with all of your photographs, layout plan and a detailed description.

    We will actively promote your property on the largest national property website Rightmove; along with our own company website, and via social media on our Facebook page.

    As a matter of course, we will accompany every viewing carried out on your home.  Seven days a week; our branches also open 7 days to support this facility.

    We promise to keep you updated.  From the moment you instruct us to market your property, throughout the viewing process, sale negotiations and through the conveyancing period - we will let you know what is going on every step of the way.

    As a company, we maintain a comprehensive purchaser mailing list.  All 4 of our branches are linked through a state of the art computer system which sends immediate email updates to registered applicants.

    Our distinctive yellow for sale boards are a familiar sight on local streets.  We will of course display one of these too should you require.

    Are you searching for your new home?

    Here at Melvyn Danes we manage a comprehensive computerised mailing list - shared by every one of our branches.

    We can contact you however you would like us to?  By email, text, telephone or post - we can make sure you receive information on suitable properties the moment they become available.

    Use to contact us tab and send us your name and address information, along with your email and search criteria and we can register you immediately.

    We have a couple of tips for all buyers -

    Do not be too specific or set in your ways!  Keep your search criteria loose or you might miss out on your ideal home.  Many buyers begin with a very rigid list of what they want - and by the time they buy a property they have very much relaxed their own ideas about what they wanted!

    Get out and view!  There is no doubt of the importance of the internet and the information it can give us; but nothing replaces the feeling that you get when you enter a building!  Do not rely too much on the photographs taken by the selling agent - go along and make up your own mind.

    Ask questions!  If something is on your mind, talk to the estate agent!  Here at Melvyn Danes we don't believe we would never have been asked it before, so whatever the question or however silly you think it may be - ask away!

    Here at Melvyn Danes we recommend the services of Oak Tree Mortgages - a whole of market mortgage consultants based in Shirley, Sheldon and Wythall.

    We would always urge all buyers and sellers to take independent mortgage advice to ensure they are getting the best deal currently available to them.  Oak Tree Mortgages do not charge any broker fee's - so you can visit safe in the knowledge that if they cannot help you source the best possible mortgage product - there is nothing to pay!  The best part surely has to be that if they can find you the best possible mortgage product, there is still no fee to pay to them!
