    Landlord's fees

    Landlord's Lettings Fees:

    Full Management fee is 10%-15% of each month's rent by negotiation inclusive of tenancy preparation, collection of deposit and monthly rent, registration of deposit with The Deposit Protection Scheme and monthly invoices.

    Let only fee is £525 (no management service) including all marketing, referencing, preparation of the tenancy agreement and collection of deposit and first month's rent.

    No initial set up fees for either service

    All of our properties are advertised on Rightmove! If you sign up for an email alert from the Rightmove team, all our properties will land in your email inbox when they are added to the site. This will give you the best chance to be front of the line when it comes to viewings. All you need to do is go into your regular search and click "Create Alert" at the top of the search results page.

    Tenant's fees

    Tenants referencing fees, deposit and rent

    A £300 administration fee is required per property which includes all referencing and the tenancy agreement. This is non-refundable should an applicant not meet the referencing criteria or decides not to proceed with the tenancy.

    On the signing of the tenancy agreement one month's rent plus one and a half month's deposit is required in cleared funds. We are regrettably unable to accept personal cheques, credit or debit cards or cash. Bank transfer is preferred.

    A standing order will be set up for the monthly rent payments
