Guy Bateman - DirectorI have worked within Mansell McTaggart branches for 23 years, and took the leap and opened the Horsham office in The Carfax 13 years ago and it's been hugely rewarding growing the business and helping people move over my career. I get great satisfaction from receiving regular reviews of our fantastic team and the 5* service we provide to our clients. I live in Horsham with my wife, my 2 sons, 1 daughter and our miniature schnauzer, Monty. Outside of work, I'm a huge rugby fan having played the sport myself and I like to go the gym and running if commitments allow. My biggest achievement for the year was tackling the South Downs Way (100 miles) in 29 hours for charity. -

My favourite aspect of my job is building relationships with clients and steering matters through to completion. In my personal time, I can found doing Crossfit, on the golf course or in the kitchen. My biggest achievement this year was completing 3,000 push-ups in 30 days for Cancer Research, a charity close to my heart. -

I started my career in estate agency 4 years ago and have since been fascinated by it. I am definitely a people-person so I really enjoy this aspect of my job. I also love to be active, whether it's in my local gym, go-karting or travelling with my partner to watch F1 as I'm a huge fan. The favourite part of my role is seeing people fall in love with their dream home and supporting them from offer through to completion.
