I've recently completed a house move with you, as a first time buyer, and Sam Meeten had been looking after us. From what I have seen on the television, and from talking to friends who have moved in the past, I feel I have to comment on our experience. From the first viewing we had with him, and throughout the buying process, Sam provided an excellent level of service. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in, listened carefully to what we thought about places, and suggested to us an apartment that we hadn't considered, but which proved to be perfect. And after a price was agreed, Sam carefully guided us throughout the whole process. He suggested a number of solicitors, and liaised very well between us, the seller, and our respective solicitors. The process wasn't simple, but Sam was always realistic about how things were going, and enthusiastic enough to make them happen. We recently purchased our first home through Maguire Jackson, and James Buist-Brealey was our contact throughout. From the minute we were shown around the first potential property, we knew James was the right person to find us a home. He had taken on board our criteria and came up with an impressive selection of flats... for our first day of viewing. So impressive were James's picks that we actually found the perfect property that day! Having viewed the flat, we called James a couple of hours later to put in an offer. After some negotiation, facilitated by James, we had our offer agreed and we were up and running. James quickly became a reliable point of contact for our purchase.
