    Mackenzie Smith has been selling property and land across North Hampshire since 1992. We are an independent Estate Agency business with a determined approach and a very good track record in the sale and letting of all types of residential property.

    Our role is to provide you with accurate valuation advice, negotiate on your behalf and manage the entire sales or lettings process for you. Since our formation in 1992, we have always provided our clients with the services of a Director, Manager or Senior Client Manager to personally handle and take responsibility for your business. This ensures consistency and quality is maintained throughout your dealings with Mackenzie Smith.

    When I founded the Company, my aim was to ensure that every client felt that they were our 'only client'. This commitment is still maintained to this day and we look forward to representing you.

    Brian began his career as an estate agent in 1987, and has since managed offices in Ascot, Virginia Water and Marlow, with experience valuing a broad range of properties, from one bedroom flats to eight-bedroom mansions on the Wentworth Estate.

    Brian was drawn to Mackenzie Smith due to our reputation as an independent agency who prioritises their clients, with a forward-thinking approach. His goal is to build on the strong reputation of our Yateley Office, expanding the business further.

    Brian has been a proud supporter of Manchester City since 1974, and when not at work, he travels around the country with his two sons to watch his team play.
