Why sell your property through Luscombe Maye
    • That Luscombe Maye has been established since 1873 speaks volumes. From land to farm, waterside, country and town we have been successfully selling property in the West Country for nearly 150 years.

When you instruct Luscombe Maye to sell your property you will benefit not only from our heritage and deep-rooted local connections, but also from our unrivalled breadth of services. We have developed a highly respected reputation amongst our clients in which we take immense pride. At Luscombe Maye we are acutely aware that selling your property is a big decision and firmly believe that you deserve to be supported by a team who are able to expertly guide you at every step.

    • First Meeting
The first step in the process is to discuss your planned sale, and at this point we will share with you how we will market your property. At our visit we would also usually recommend a realistic asking price, taking into careful consideration a range of factors, including market conditions. Once instructed, work with our in-house marketing team to develop a tailored marketing strategy for your property, which will include recommending how to present your property at its best and when to launch your property to the open market
    • All About Selling

We want to make your property look as good as it possibly can, so we will work hard to ensure your property generates the attention it deserves. We will arrange a convenient time to measure the rooms, prepare floorplans and take both internal and external photographs. Once property particulars are approved, we launch your property on Rightmove and Zoopla and also our own website.

Marketing your property in its best light is essential which is why we use high quality photography, drones and video (where applicable), brochures, portals, website listings and other advertising to promote your property and demand high levels of interest. Our coverage of the West Country and links to London through our Mayfair Office mean our database of potential buyers is vast. We send regular updates to those who are looking for property just like yours.

    • Progressing Your Sale
Selling property can at times be difficult and complicated but we hope that, together with our assistance and experience, you will successfully achieve the outcome you desire. We always accompany potential buyers when they come to view your property and we will negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best price for your property. We will manage the sales transaction, liaising with all of the various parties on your behalf until a satisfactory completion is achieved.
    • We Will Guide You at Every Step

At Luscombe Maye, communication is key, and we will keep you informed regularly with feedback throughout all stages of your sale. Fundamentally our job is to sell your property but beyond this the team at Luscombe Maye go above and beyond to mitigate the stress you may feel at times throughout the process. We are on hand to support you with questions no matter how big or small, discuss offers and vet your potential buyers' situation.

    • Introduction

      A big thank you...
It's good to know you do a great job for your clients, but even better to be told !

    Testimonials from Buyers

    • Buyer Testimonial

absolute delight to deal with Sara!
Having dealt with estate agents over almost 60 years in respect of at least 25 transactions and experienced an average service at best, it was an absolute delight to be able to deal with Sara Phillis at Luscombe May who was outstanding throughout the transaction. Although she was acting for the vendor, her communication with my wife and I, (we were buying the property from her client), was brilliant. It's a great shame that the property we are now selling is outside her area, because we would have no hesitation in appointing her to act as our agent.
    • Buyer Testimonial

      Highly recommended
