    Once you've found a property you would like to make an offer on, we will liaise with the sellers on your behalf and try to secure the property for you. Once your offer has been accepted, the property will become Sold Subject To Contract; at this stage no other potential buyer can place an offer on the property.

    From that point, our expert support team will work tirelessly for you and the seller. We are the only Agent who carries out full chain checks on a weekly basis, both up and down the chain, liaising with each conveyancing lawyer and updating you and your seller at every stage.
