    Jennie Andrews
    Partner in South Leicestershire.

    Jennie started her career in estate agency in 2002 as a trainee negotiator for a high street agency, and a few years later looked after a branch in Western Park. In 2007, Jennie became a Branch Manager in Wigston and was made Branch Partner within 3 years.

    Jennie turned around the profitability of the branch around and was an invaluable part of its success. Jennie has great experience selling homes across South Leicestershire and is MNAEA and ARLA qualified.

    More recently, Jennie has worked with larger developers and also has great experience with lettings. Outside of work, Jennie loves to travel and has also been involved with multiple personal building projects.

    Tom Sturton
    Partner in Rutland, Melton & East Leicestershire.

    Tom grew up in Northamptonshire and has lived in Rutland for the past 13 years. He began his career in property 7 years ago and most enjoys the creative side of marketing his clients' properties, taking real pride in the way that they are showcased.

    When he can find the time (as a Dad of two) he enjoys clay pigeon shooting, photography and drumming. Tom manages a portfolio across Rutland & Leicestershire.

    Having grown up locally, Chris is now a trusted estate agent having covered Market Harborough and South Leicestershire for over 12 years, previously working for two well regarded traditional agencies. With Hortons, he can combine a keen passion for property with the ability to offer a bespoke service tailored to each and every client.

    Zoe Wedgbury
    Partner in South Leicestershire.

    Zoe brings a wealth of property knowledge to Hortons. After working as a travel agent, Zoe enjoyed the sales aspect of her role but after buying her first home, she caught the property bug.

    Zoe began her property career in 2003 with a well established high street estate agency in Blaby. Within 4 years, Zoe became Branch Manager after working as a Sales Negotiator and a Sales Manager. Under Zoe's leadership, the branch won numerous awards.

    Zoe made the move to another agency some years later and took on the residential side of the business, as well as lettings and mortgages. Zoe is also passionate about property development & has experience renovating large projects.

    Zoe manages a portfolio south of Leicester, including Blaby, Countesthorpe, Wigston and the surrounding area.

    James Deegan
    Partner in Banbury.

    Born and raised in Banbury, James has been working in estate agency since he graduated university some 10 years ago. He studied journalism but has always had a keen interest into property and so he knew that would be where he ended up.

    Throughout his career, James has managed corporate offices and also spent time at a smaller, independent agency, giving him a well rounded view of the industry as a whole.

    James's dream home would be an older, colonial style farmhouse property in America set on a nice plot with lots of glass, a pool, pitch & put and a lake.

    James operates a property portfolio across Banbury and the surrounding areas.

    Gianfranco Paparozzi
    Partner in Clarendon Park, Stoneygate, Knighton & Oadby.

    Gianfranco grew up in the Charnwood villages and moved to Stoneygate last year for the local community and independent bars & restaurants.

    Gianfranco has worked in property since the age of 18, and was previously Manager of a large corporate estate agency in the city centre. He joined Hortons after realising the industry was moving towards a more modern method of buying and selling property, combining personal service with digital marketing for a better overall client experience.

    Gianfranco says, "With a passion for design & architecture, I apply the ethos that it isn't the space any property has, it's how it gets utilised. Upon meeting me, we will discuss and curate a bespoke marketing plan to ensure your property reaches the correct target audience and gets the best possible price when it's launched to the open market."

The house went on the market on a Monday and there were four viewings that Wednesday with half a dozen or so on the Saturday.
