      This is the second time that I have used Hortons and I really would never use anyone else. I had such a great experience with them the first time, I decided to use them to sell my second home and it's been the same amazing experience.

      I had Ian looking after my house sale, and he has gone above and beyond any estate agent I have ever worked with to sell a house.

      The standards that they set and the time that they take to market each house is above & beyond any other estate agents I've ever seen. They video your house, it's like a movie! They even created a TikTok video for mine, and it just helped to create an amazing buzz around the property. They have a big presence on social media, and I was really impressed with how they use their social media channels to sell the properties, I work in that industry so I know the importance of people finding houses on social media and they are really ahead with that. The first time I used them I'd had my house on the market for a year and couldn't sell it, and within a week of Hortons taking over they had sold it. The service is amazing, you can contact them on Wattsapp each day so you know the progress of everything and they genuinely really care about finding the right buyer. They are incredibly professional, both times they've marketed the house at the right price in order to get a great buyer, and they make the whole process so incredibly smooth.

      I used to find the thought of selling a house stressful as most people do. I've had bad experiences with other people before and that's why I would never use anyone else except them now, and recommend them enough to write this review because I genuinely think they are the best!
