    At Henry Adams Lettings we believe one of the most important assets for any firm is the staff they employ.

    We believe we have the best and it is our ongoing aim to ensure all our employees attend regular training courses and gain further qualifications within the industry to make sure we remain 'Simply Different'. 

    We always strive to act professionally and in accordance with industry regulations. We are an ARLA Propertymark registered agent and aim to have our Lettings staff carry out their qualifications to become a member of ARLA themselves, as this is the first step, as they will be able to advise clients competently on all aspects of lettings and property management.

    In 2019, our office was awarded by The British Property Awards as Gold Winners for Letting Agent in Haywards Heath. This is an achievement we are extremely proud of our staff for with their display of excellent customer service.

    Melissa Twinn MARLA -  Lettings Manager
    Melissa heads up the lettings and property management for the Mid-Sussex area and has a great deal of experience across industry having initially worked for a national agent. She has been with Henry Adams since 2017 and is the first point of contact for new clients and potential tenants in addition to overseeing all aspects of the process from conducting viewings, to the day the tenants move into their new home. In addition, Melissa oversees the team looking after the day to day running of our managed properties across Mid Sussex ensuring she has a full 360-degree view of our clients' portfolios to offer the best advice on how they can maximise their assets in any market. Melissa is also ARLA Qualified.

    Lisa Abercromby - Property Manager
    Lisa joined Henry Adams in the Autumn of 2023 having worked in the industry for around 12 years; bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Lisa is our dedicated in-house Property Manager and take pride in her work whilst delivering the upmost customer service to all. Lisa is the first point of contact for the day-to-day property management, as well as being responsible for preparing and conducting property inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and routine property visit appointments.

    Richard is the Partner in charge of Residential Lettings in Horsham & Haywards Heath. He has worked in the residential lettings industry locally for a number of years and has been managing the Horsham office since 2009. With a vast amount of experience he is able to advise current and future landlords on all aspects of lettings. Richard is a qualified ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) member and has overseen the rapid growth of the company's lettings division which has resulted in the opening of a high profile Standalone Lettings Office in the heart of the busy Horsham Carfax.

With many years' experience in client accounting Cheryl ensures that rental payments are transferred to landlords quickly and efficiently. All financial transactions are handled by her department including tax payments for overseas landlords and payments to contractors and suppliers where Henry Adams handles the property management.
