We are a commercial property company providing a wide variety of business space. We own a range of properties and we manage everything ourselves, from our office in Bath.

• Focus on the performance and running costs of the buildings we own both in the short and medium term to deliver constant improvements in running cost reductions, energy efficiency and environmental performance.
