    Having been in agency from an early age, I began my career with a local Independent Agent back in 2012 and swiftly progressed through the ranks to managing a central Plymouth office for a number of years. With over a decades experience under my belt, I joined Greenslade Taylor Hunt to spearhead their agency expansion into South West Devon in 2024. I come from a farming background in the South Hams and I am passionate about the beautiful part of the world I get to call home. When joining GTH in Ivybridge, I was excited to return to where I spent most of my early years whilst attending Ivybridge Community College. I have a vast understanding of the local property market along with extensive knowledge of Ivybridge and its surrounding villages, Plymouth, Plympton and Plymstock, the South Hams and South Dartmoor. In my spare time you'll find me walking across Dartmoor with my three dogs Ghost, a Staffie, Cocker Spaniel, Hunter, and Border Collie, Shadow.

    James Wotton MRICS FAAV, Associate
    James joined the Greenslade Taylor Hunt agricultural team in September 2014, having obtained a degree in Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester. James started as a graduate surveyor at the Sedgemoor Agricultural office and Honiton office thereafter, obtaining his membership to the RICS and CAAV whilst working for the firm. In 2023, James returned home to lead GTH's Ivybridge team in South Devon and can also be found on a Saturday at Sedgemoor Auction Centre selling the calves and fodder, as well as being part of the farm sales team.

    Lloyd Stone, Apprentice Agricultural Surveyor
    Lloyd is currently undergoing a Degree Apprenticeship at Harper Adams University in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, studying to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor. As well as being in the Ivybridge Office, Lloyd can also be found on a Saturday at Sedgemoor Auction Centre. Lloyd has grown up working on various farms all over the South Hams, and in his free time enjoys mountain biking and spending time with friends and family.
